The Working Student – HR & Office Support provides administrative and operational support to the Human Relations team and contributes to the efficient day-to-day operation of the Munich office. The role supports a broad range of HR activities, office administration, and recruitment processes, ensuring smooth coordination and execution of routine tasks in a dynamic and international environment. The position is based on-site in Munich and is designed for a university student working up to 20 hours per week.
Requirements
- Support the HR team with day-to-day HR, administrative, and organizational activities and processes.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR documentation, and relevant information accurately and confidentially.
- Assist with HR-related documents, reports, presentations, and employee-related activities.
- Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the Munich office, including general office administration, meeting and room arrangements, and office supplies.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers as required.
- Support recruitment activities and processes as well as other HR, office administration, and ad hoc projects as needed.
- Other HR Project support (Learning & Development etc.)
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled as a university student in Germany.
- Available to work up to 20 hours per week alongside studies.
- Based in Munich and willing to work on-site.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented working style.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in an international and fast-paced environment.
- Good knowledge of English; knowledge of German is an advantage.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Previous experience in HR, recruitment, administration, or office support is a plus, but not required.
