We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Document Control Intern to provide critical administrative and hands-on support during the peak construction and commissioning phase of a new state-of-the-art Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) and Sterile CRDMO manufacturing facility.
Requirements
This is a short-term, high-impact role focused on ensuring the following:
- Establish the document control area organization and document cataloging
- Ensure all document packages are intact by page count and attachments
- Create indices to help organize document packages
- Locate and include missing documentation
- Perform preliminary review for incomplete entries and pages
- Perform document package review for simple GDP errors, flagging them for correction
- Ensure all documentation packages are delivered to the document control room
- Ensure all documentation packages are cataloged
- Ensure documentation packages are checked in and checked out of the document control area
- Create document binder packages by labeling the spine and cover
Qualifications
- College students advancing toward a bachelors of science in STEM field
Preferred Skills
- Customer service experience, internal or external customers
- Familiarity to industrial, factory, construction, or manufacturing environments
